The Farmer FIRST Programme (FFP) aims to strengthen the farmer-scientist interface, encourage technology adoption, and promote sustainable livelihood interventions. It is implemented under ATARI Zone VII by Central Agricultural University (CAU), Imphal, and ICAR RC for NEH Region, Umiam, covering 12 villages across Manipur and Meghalaya.
