The ICAR-ATARI, Zone-VII, Umiam in collaboration with the College of Agriculture, CAU, Iroisemba, Manipur is organizing the Annual Zonal Workshop of KVKs-2025 from 8th to 10th September 2025 at Iroisemba, Manipur. With the theme "Technology-Empowerment-Convergence: Transforming NEH Agriculture towards Viksit Bharat @2047" this workshop will bring together scientists, agricultural experts, and stakeholders to discuss strategies for advancing agriculture in the North Eastern Hill Region. Highlights of the event include: Inauguration by the Hon'ble Governor of Manipur Release of publications and website launch Interaction of DDG (AE) with KVKs and host institutes Technical sessions on technology backstopping, FPOs, PPV&FRA awareness, and KVK achievements Cultural programme and valedictory ceremony This workshop will serve as a key platform to foster innovation, empower farmers, and drive the region towards sustainable agricultural growth.
